It was like Mother's Day in New York City as new mother Beyoncé stepped out to her office building with her daughter Blue and her own mother Ms. Tina. It also appears that Beyoncé is testing the waters with wearing heels, something she hasn't done much lately when carrying Blue. Check out the photos below! :)
